About the Workshop

The performance and mental coaching workshop runs with a professional counsellor. The workshop allows young people to learning how to become a focused individual, perform better as an artist, improving their quality of life by performing better, recognizing their strengths and set career goals, restoring self-respect and feeling better themselves, filtering out negative habits and becoming drug and alcohol free and having someone to talk to in a non-judgmental environment.
