The Health Minister visited Carrington to open a new $13 million drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility for teenagers. 

“It’s really about helping young people away from drugs, away from crime as well, to lead safer and healthier lives,” he said. 

The Minister also noted that work is ongoing following the recent drug summit, with a formal response to be presented to Parliament in the coming months.
